How to Measure
- Select a ring that fits the intended finger perfectly.
- Place the ring on a ruler or measuring tape.
- Measure the inside diameter in millimeters.
- Use the chart above to find your corresponding size.
Important Tips
- Measure at the widest point inside the ring.
- Ensure the ring is perfectly round and not bent or misshapen.
- If you find yourself between two sizes, always choose the larger size.
Method 2: String or Paper Method

Cut a strip of paper or a piece of non-stretchy string about 10cm long and 5mm wide.

Wrap Around Finger
Wrap it snugly around the base of your finger. It should be firm but not uncomfortably tight.

Carefully mark where the paper or string overlaps with a pen to get the circumference.
